Board Members are elected in January and take office March 1 for a two year term. Any QC homeowner may serve on the board, but the president and vice president must be resident homeowners. Resident homeowners must make up the majority of the board. NOTICE OF CANDIDACY forms will be available in November and must be filed with the board by December 31st. Voting will take place by paper ballot from January 1, 2026 through January 31, 2026 unless there are no contested seats. Ballots will be counted at the regular February, 2026 board meeting.
