Architectural Guidelines...


Any addition, change or alteration which is visible from a street, common area or an adjacent property from a height of six feet or less must have prior approval from the QCTHA.

The QCTHA has legal authority to require any homeowner to remove or alter any modification that has not received prior approval or is not built according to approved plans at owner's expense.

Alterations or changes including but not limited to the following:
  • Fences, gates, wood or iron (including patio fences)
  • Awnings
  • Gutters
  • Roofs
  • Brick
  • Siding color
  • Wood
  • Exterior Paint color
All requests must be in writing and plans must clearly represent intended changes or improvements.
