Can I change the exterior color of my townhouse? My door or my trim?
No, not without prior approval of the Queen's Court Board and their Architectural Committee.

What are the hours for the swimming pool?

Who do I contact to get a pool key and pay my $35 deposit?
Contact Charlotte Weller - 281-748-2358 - to arrange to get your pool key.

Who do I contact to reserve the clubhouse and what does it cost?

To reserve the clubhouse you must be an Owner and can contact  Ann Woods - 281-333-4997,
The fee is $100 for a townhome owner only and you must fill out and sign the rental agreement.   Rental agreement form

What days are trash and heavy trash days?
Household waste is collected Mondays and Thursdays at garage/back doors. Heavy trash is collected on Monday CURBSIDE. Recycling is on Thursdays.  Green waste is collected on Monday CURBSIDE. Brush, tree limbs, and clippings should be cut, bundled, tied and no greater than 5ft in length or 50 lbs in weight. Limit of 10 bags or bundles of green waste combination per collection day.

When does the lawn service mow?
The summer schedule is every week, unless there is rain.  During December and January they come once a month. In February, March, April, and September, October and November, they will provide service twice a month. We now have lawn service on Monday morning.

Does the lawn service weed my bed in front of my home?
No, if the bed is edged with bricks, edgers, flagstones or a tiny fence, they will NOT  come into your bed or weed the bed or trees on your property.  They will weed/eat the lawn up to your bricks or fence.

What are the ordinances regarding pets in Queens Court?
The residents of Queens Court follow the same ordinances that are set forth by Nassau Bay.  All animals must be leashed and picked up after.  To review those go here.
