Dear Queens Court Townhome Owners

Last week you received a flyer introducing discussion about an annual rate increase. Your QCTHOA Board will be proposing an annual increase to be voted on as we have done in past years. No changes to bylaws regarding HOA dues increase required. At the monthly Board Meeting this Thursday we will be prepared to share the proposal with you and answer questions. The ballot will be coming to you in September by email or USPS if we do not have an email on file for you. We hope to see you this Thursday at 6:00 in the Clubhouse, 18222 Vinland.
